1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital prepaid travel eSIM data profiles, cellular connectivity services, and the online platform provided by RoamNG (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, downloading, or scanning any eSIM QR code issued by RoamNG, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our accompanying Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase or use our services.

2. Nature of Service & Device Compatibility

RoamNG provides digital prepaid wireless data profiles (eSIMs) intended for international travelers across 200+ supported destination countries and territories.

Services provided are data-only profiles unless explicitly stated otherwise. Traditional analog voice calls and cellular SMS are not included; however, internet-based messaging and calling applications (including WhatsApp, FaceTime, Signal, and Zoom) function normally over our high-speed mobile data connections.

3. Orders, Two-Phase Payment & Activation

3.1 Two-Phase Transaction Protection: When you place an order, our payment gateway places a temporary pre-authorization hold on your payment card. Your card is captured and permanently charged only after our carrier systems confirm successful allocation of your digital eSIM profile. In the event that a profile cannot be generated, the pre-authorization hold is immediately voided with zero charge.

3.2 Digital Delivery: Upon successful payment capture, your eSIM profile details (QR code and manual LPA activation string) are delivered immediately on your confirmation screen and dispatched to the email address provided at checkout.

3.3 Validity Period: Unless stated otherwise, the validity period of your data plan (e.g., 7 days, 15 days, 30 days) commences automatically when the eSIM first connects to a supported foreign cellular network at your destination.

4. Network Coverage & Fair Usage

Cellular connectivity is delivered in partnership with authorized local telecommunications carriers in each destination. Coverage, data speeds (3G/4G/LTE/5G), and network availability may vary based on geographic location, local topography, atmospheric conditions, and local carrier infrastructure.

All data usage is subject to acceptable use policies and foreign telecommunications regulations. You agree not to use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities, or in any manner that disrupts or impairs underlying carrier network performance.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

We stand behind our services with a 7-Day Risk-Free Guarantee:

• Eligible for 100% Refund: Any eSIM profile that remains uninstalled and unactivated (0 MB of data consumed) is eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.
• Ineligible for Refund: Once an eSIM profile has been downloaded to a device, connected to a foreign cellular network, or consumed data, the digital profile is deemed delivered and consumed, and cannot be revoked or refunded.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RoamNG and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to temporary network outages, roaming carrier degradation, or hardware device failure. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific eSIM order giving rise to the claim.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of RoamNG services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
